Deputies in Ontario County arrested a Newark duo following an investigation into a theft from the Geneva Walmart.
Cletus and Lisa Jimerson, 29- and 28-years-old respectively, were issued appearance tickets after stealing $117.15 worth of merchandise from the Geneva Walmart.
The incident took place on Monday around 5:30 pm, according to deputies, but additional details were not clarified.
The charges will be answered in Geneva Town Court.
